Planning Applications

Some extensions require no planning permission and others do, it is very important to ensure that any building works are completed in compliance with the law. We are of course very experienced in both identifying a build that requires permission and ensuring that the right steps are taken in order to get the all important planning consent. We liaise with an architect of your choice, or you can choose to use an architect that we recommend, either way we will work closely with them to make certain that your requirements are met.

Building Regulations

At each step of the build of a property there are regulations that need to be met and approved by a Building Regulations Body. From correctly laying the foundations to ensuring that the building is built exactly as the architect has drawn. You will be guaranteed a 'safe' and 'to standard' building that will be certified by a Building Regulations Body, these checks are carried out at necessary stages in the build.
